职位描述:
设定该业务部门的销售指标(包括目标客户群体、产品及各区域的销售额)并带领团队完成季度/年度销售目标;
根据公司销售策略在指定区域内开发目标客户群体;
与产品市场部合作制订清晰的市场策略和行动计划以确保销售持续增长;
持续优化销售流程;
建立并管理一支专业、合规的销售团队,并培养团队成员的销售技能;
建立大区内重点代理商的拜访和沟通机制,维护和发展重点客户;

职位要求:
本科及以上学历;
十年以上销售经验,包括五年以上仪器仪表行业的销售管理及代理商管理经验;
良好的职业操守及沟通技巧;
丰富的团队管理及领导能力;
较强的业务分析能力与战略思维能力;
流利的英语听说能力;
抗压能力强,能经常出差;
Job Description:
Order Income planning for Sales Unit (target groups, products, sales regions) and lead the team to achieve the quarterly / yearly sales target;
Ensuring an optimized development of potential customers and dealers according to company’s strategy;
Continuous optimization of acquisition process;
Establishing and management of a professional sales team, ensuring sales competence of the sales team;
Selective attendance at customer visits together with outside sales;
Keeping contact with Key Accounts;

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
Ten years’ above sales experiences including five years’ above sales management and dealer management experiences within measuring instrument industry;
Good work ethic and communication skills;
Management skills and leadership;
Strong business analytical skills and strategic thinking skills;
English skills;
Can work under pressure and accept frequent travel;
