销售助理 / Sales Assistant

 

职位描述:

利用SAP系统制作日常报表及商务分析报告;

协助销售经理准备各类会议文件或PPT

协助安排公司内部销售会议、外部代理商会议或其他销售部门的活动;

销售档案、合同文本的汇总、整理及分析;

负责销售经理及销售团队的日常支持工作;

职位要求:
大专或以上学历;

三至五年销售助理类相关工作经验;

大学英语六级证书,较强的英语口头及书面表达能力;

熟练运用办公软件,尤其是Excel以及Powerpoint,有ERP/SAP操作经验者优先考虑

具备较强的工作责任心,出色的语言表达能力与沟通协调能力;
细心、耐心,富有条理;善于自我管理和自我激励;


Job Description:

Sales reports and data analysis from SAP system;

Preparation of sales-relevant materials or meeting presentations;

Organization of internal sales meetings, external dealer meetings and other sales activities;

Systematic filing of sales contracts and other documents;

Coordination and cooperation with other departments;

Assistance of Sales Manager and sales team with other business related jobs;

Job Requirements:

College degree above;

Three to five years’ relevant working experience;

Good English speaking and writing skill, CET-6 certificate;

Familiar with MS Office, in particular with Excel & Powerpoint, knowledge of ERP/SAP is an advantage;

Strong sense of responsibility, great communication and coordination skill;

Clear thinking, patient, can work independently and self-motivated
